The objective is to assist project owners in defining clear project parameters, structuring decisions and navigating the technical and organisational complexities of real estate development.

By providing an external and experienced perspective, the AMO role helps maintain coherence between the project’s objectives, its technical constraints and its overall development process.

Charbel Ghanem is an architect based in Paris, working on residential and real estate projects in France and internationally.

His practice operates at the intersection of architectural design and project advisory, allowing him to contribute to projects either as the architect responsible for design and execution, or as an advisor assisting project owners in structuring and guiding their projects.
